scagile supports both SAFe (Portfolio) and other scaled Agile frameworks. You can create multiple Value Streams and assign Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to them.

Product Backlog Items can then be assigned to teams, and these teams can plan their workload in their own Team Backlogs during Sprints.
